Small Claims FAQ Answer to: Where can I find Small Claims forms?

Small claims forms are either state forms or local forms. State forms are located on the state web site. In the dropdown menu where it says "no form group selected", hold down the arrow on the right to see the selections. Scroll down and pick the one that says "Small Claims" then click the "see forms" button.

Local forms are on the Superior Court forms page at http://www.sccsuperiorcourt.org/forms.htm. Small Claims forms start with the prefix "SC".

Check out the "EZLegalFile" website for help on completing Small Claims forms online. (The forms must be printed and filed at the court - this is not online filing.)
